4. Content Ownership & Use
- All lesson materials, downloadable resources, and site content are the intellectual property of Musician’s Toolshed or its content partners.
- You may download and use content provided to you (e.g., lesson notes, resource packs) for personal, non-commercial educational use.
- Lesson materials may be delivered via secure links (e.g., Notion) and are intended solely for your private use as a student or parent.
- Public reposting, commercial use, or distribution requires prior written permission.
- You retain ownership of content you upload or submit, but grant us permission to use it for educational and showcase purposes, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
5. Communication, Collaboration & Media
- By registering or participating in lessons, you agree to receive lesson-related communication and studio newsletters.
- Student recordings may be featured in showcases (e.g., on YouTube) with signed media release and use of first name/last initial only.
- Collaboration inquiries (e.g., content reposts or shared projects) are welcome, but all uses must be approved in advance.
6. Disclaimers
- The Site may occasionally contain content related to physical health, practice habits, or creative well-being. This content is for educational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- Use your best judgment and consult professionals before undertaking any new physical routines.
7. Limitation of Liability
We make no warranties regarding the Site’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for your particular use.
